About Maribel Arguelles-Ortiz
Maribel Arguelles-Ortiz is the Associate Superintendent for the Diocese of San Bernardino. She was first a student in the Diocese of San Bernardino, attending St. Joseph Academy and Notre Dame High School (’99). In 2004, she returned to Notre Dame High School to begin her career after graduating from UCR with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Neuroscience. After earning her M.A. Ed from Pepperdine University, she became the Assistant Principal of Notre Dame High School while continuing to teach AP Biology and Human Anatomy & Physiology Honors. In 2017, she became the Associate Superintendent for the Diocese of San Bernardino. Her work today focuses leadership and instructional formation.
